+ -1 moreFrom the beginning, the loan process was great. The loan officer helped us choose the right loan, his assistant helped make sure we had all of the documentation in that we needed, and the loan closed earlier than we expected. Overall, a great process.
Description of Work: Refinanced our 1st & 2nd mortgage from WAMU to 1 loan at Countrywide at the Lake Oswego office. Closing costs & rate were better than everyone else we shopped.

+ -1 moreOUR EXPERIENCE WAS PAINLESS AND THEY ALSO MAKE PAYING EASY WITH AUTOMATIC DEPOSITS. APPLYING FOR THE HELOC AFTER PURCHASE WAS SO EASY THAT WE WERE ABLE TO DO IT VIA E-MAIL.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A 30-YEAR MORTGAGE AND A HELOC WITH COUNTRYWIDE. OUR RATE IS GOOD AND THE APPLICATION WAS EASY. WE DIDN'T EVEN NEED AN APPRAISAL SINCE WE WERE PUTTING OVER HALF DOWN ON THE HOUSE.
