Salesperson on the floor at the showroom in Anaheim was excellent.  The new doors are very good quality and all went well with this portion of my interaction with the company.  I would certainly return if I needed a new garage door.
The repair side is another story.  I did not see the phrase "sectional garage door" in their name, so I assumed they could help with a new garage door opener for my old one piece wood door.  However, they are not really in this business, I believe.,and that instead they only sell and repair sectional doors.  
They didn't  answer my voicemail for repair, I had to call back several days later,  they could only come out to the house many days from my phone call, they could not guarantee they carried my type of springs as they only carry certain models, they were overall pretty discouraging.  They didn't say they don't do this work, but it sure seemed that way!  Actually I now wonder if their repair service would be improved for sectional doors!  I would hope so - but this experience leaves me wondering.
My ratings above are mixed for these two areas -sales and service.  They deserve B for price, A for quality and professionalism for their Sales division for new doors, but in their Repair division for one piece doors,  I give them a C for responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.  My experience with their repair division was very disappointing for such an established company.  
I see here on Angie's list, they list their business as sectional garage doors, but this is the first time I've seen that.   I didn't  see it when I read the Angie's List reviews before contacting them.

I visited theri showroom.  Then made an appointment for an estimate and to pick the doors.  Set up an appointment date.  One gut cam out on time, did the work and left, taking all debris with him.

Excellent from start to finish. Picked out the door in the office on Roscoe. Was never up sold. But given all my options and the best door for me. Which wasn't the most expensive. I purchased an Amarr rollup with frosted glass and four panels.
.The estimator came to my home, Victor. He was knowledgable and personable. He spoke with my contractor to make sure the doorway was at the best possible state to have it installed. We were putting in new framing and new drywall in the garage.  I wasn't in a hurry and it was ready on the date it was stated. Victor even gave me some hardware free.  Door was installed and the installer took his time to get it right. Very happy with the look and operation.  He was out of touch up paint and Victor came out to my home and completed that. I was pleasantly surprised at such great follow up. Even with the phone call to let me know that the touch up had been completed, but if there needed to be anything else they would come out again. Excellent customer service. Not something that happens much.  Great company.

The Anaheim Sectional Garage Door office said their installer would be there at 8AM and he was.
He said it would take 3-4 hours and he nailed it.
Afterwards, he explained the care and feeding of our new door & opener.
I paid him the money owed - it was exactly what we'd agreed upon.
He went to his next installation job and we stood in our driveway to admire how much better the new door made our house look.

Went great. Good craftsmanship.

The company was actually recommended by a neighbor, however I looked the company up on Angie's List to make sure they were legit. They were bonded, insured and had nothing but positive reviews so I went forward with their service. My phone call was handled in a professional manner and the repair man, Josh, was on time, friendly and professional. The problem was immediately identified and repaired, and additional maintenance was done to the door hinges and rollers to insure good working order.  Josh gave me a price up front and was very transparent and honest with all of his work. I only wish all home repairs were of this caliber. Thanks Josh and Anaheim Door.

He was a really nice guy. He came out and looked at what needed to be done. With in a week the ordered part was installed.

The door was $1,200 and they installed a special garage door opener for about $600. They took out the old door and put in the new door that has windows and everything. They did a great job and everyone was good. The salesman was perfect, he didn?t try to sell me anything I didn?t want, and he pointed out what would happen and how it would cost. I can?t find any faults at the moment. I didn't shop around but I think the price was reasonable.

I would give them a top score on everything because they did a good job.

WHEN THEY GOT HERE, AND THEY GOT HERE ON TIME, IT WAS THEIR LUNCH BREAK AND THEY WERE TALKING ON THEIR PHONES AND SMOKING CIGARETTES. THEY TOOK FIFTEEN TO THIRTY MINUTES AFTER THEY ARRIVED JUST TO GET STARTED.

THE WORK WAS DONE AS A PART OF THE REMODEL OF A HOME SO THE AMOUNT PAID IS APPROXIMATE. HOWEVER, WE HAVE CONTINUED TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE SINCE THE INSTALLATION. THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT PROBLEMS BY PHONE AT NO CHARGE, WHICH ON OCCASION WILL RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND OTHERWISE CAN PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN 3-5 DAYS, AT REASONABLE SERVICE FEES.

RESOLVED REPAIR QUICKLY AND WITH MINIMAL EXPENSE.
