AMERICAN VAN LINES

So the day before my moving date, I called American Van Lines office and talked to the "account manager" or as I call him "account con man" called Ken @ 954 449-7611, and I found out that there was a change of plans and a small truck would pick up my furniture and take to a warehouse to wait until a bigger truck was loaded to take my stuff across the country. WHAT? "I know this may be upsetting, he added, but there is nothing we can do at this point and we will be sending your furniture in the next few days." 
So, to make a long story short, today is May 14, three weeks after they picked up my furniture and my things are still in Florida and I don't have a delivery date yet. Ken and his gang of con artists run out of excuses and now they don't even return my call and literally hang up the phone when I identify myself on a call.
Think about it... you relocate to a new state with your family and you are forced to live with a few things that you were able to bring with you on the plane, since you thought everything would be delivered within 10 days, as promised by moving con man #1 Shawn Baglio, to convince me to sign the dots and to get his commission.
This is the most unprofessional and rude company you will ever come across.So, do a favor to yourself and your piece of mind... run and don't look back!
