The work was great and he was very nice. He also responded to my request very quickly. The only complaint I had was that he gave me a two hour window during the day and then did not show up until almost an hour later. Being that I work during the day, I had taken time off and had to go back to work. I gave him an extra hour and was about to leave when he showed up. A phone call telling me he was running late would have been appreciated.

Very pleased that for regular insect treatments they not only spray the base of the dwelling and garage, they treat fences, storage sheds, walkways, patios, mail boxes etc. Most other companies do not offer that much coverage.

After doing a lot of research and determining that my condo and I were suffering from a bird mite infestation from an abandoned nest in the eves above my bedroom slider, I was on a emergency hunt for a specialist who could eradicate the problem. I was contacted by the owner of who has a PhD in entomology from UCLA., he knew exactly what I was experiencing which was a big relief to me! We spoke on Saturday and on the following Monday morning, Joe, the service technician, was here to handle the job. I really liked Joe, hew was very thorough and professional and between the two of us we were able to handle bagging the mattresses, etc. Thanks Joe! The only downside, is that for some unknown reason, the mixture used dried faster on the tile areas than on my laminate flooring, so I decided not to stay in my condo that nite and was able to stay with my next door neighbor. Being infected by birdmites on my person is one of the nerve racking conditions I have ever experienced and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I would definitely recommend this company!

Killed the rodent inside the house with a snap trap. Seemed unconcerned with my pets safety. Fleas that left rodent when dead bit and lived on my cat. I had a lot of cleanup work to do on the house and had to get the cat professionally bathed. They placed bait traps around the outside of the house. The activity around the yard escalated after that. Never before had I heard rustling in the bushes and grasses while I watered in the late evening.This seemed to be like an open invitation to rodents. Only one was killed by the bait the rest moved into the attic.

They were all about the money , overcharged for work i had to call them several times to get them to come out and called them again to come back to empty traps never heard from them so my opinion dont let them near your house

The owner of this business has a PhD in entomology from UCLA. He knows bugs and their life cycles inside out. Before the treatment my cats were scratching themselves a lot. After the treatment their scratching behavior dropped to almost nothing.
