First of all, it's hard to imagine a nicer or more relatable man than Terry. He was kind, full of ideas and solutions, and made it seem like anything I wanted was possible. He made short work of untangling and troubleshooting the jungle of wires at my new home, and had the cameras up and viewable quickly. (The cameras were already in place, but had been disconnected from everything when the last homeowner moved out). He is also returning to setup some new additional cameras and sensors.
