ALL VALLEY SHOWER DOOR CO

When the installer came out - it was not a good experience. Then when I said the doors were hitting the tile and hard to open - instead of adjusting the doors he took the bottom plastic strip out. I have no idea if that will be a future problem. The surly installer said it would not be. Time will tell. The shower doors look and feel cheap - they bend when they are opened - and the frames are full of metal - exactly what I had told Bob I did not want. I am most concerned that the doors will not hold up with use. Bob offered to replace a shower door hinge but when the installer got there, he did not have the right one and said they could not get one. I bought the part on-line and charged the cost to All Valley Glass. For $1200, I thought I should have been treated better. While installing the doors, the installer left the old shower doors leaning against a tree in the front parkway - I stayed there least a child or dog come by and topple them over - and sue me! I would not use this company again.

All Valley Shower Door was recommended to me by my bathroom contractor. Bob owns the company and does all of his own sales calls. Here is what we liked about him: He showed us more options than any other company we looked at (we talked to 2 others). He had a HUGE binder full of shower door handles, hinges, sealing strips, etc. He explained clearly why some options would be better for us than others. He allowed us to customize our doors completely and did not freak out when we made some unusual requests (one other company did this). His bid was the lowest of the three we got (the highest was $2,100). The installation went smoothly and precisely and our shower doors look fabulous. I would definitely recommend this company if you live in the San Fernando Valley or on the West Side, where Bob does most of his business.
