They are very overpriced about 2,000 and will not agree with the claims personal statement of faxes that they are overpriced.

"Hello Patsy, we had already come to an agreement for your repairs on the flat roof which had 8 layers with plywood replacement. You contacted your insurance company after all repairs were done and expected the insurance to cover the entire thing which they never do. You never told us before you signed a contract that you wanted to claim the damages. I have attempted to get in contact with you multiple times but no answer. Please give us a call to discuss further."
