IT WAS AWFUL. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB OF PACKING. THE DELIVERY WAS BAD. THEY OFFERED US FREE WARDROBES, HAD US PACK THEM, AND THEN WANTED THE BOXES BACK. THEY JUST WEREN'T VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE WHITE CARPETING, AND THEY DIDN'T PUT ANYTHING DOWN. THEY WALKED ALL OVER IT WITH THEIR DIRTY SHOES, AND MADE A MESS OF IT. THE WORSE PART OF IT WAS THE PACKING. THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WOULD TAKE THINGS FROM ONE ROOM, AND PUT THEM IN A BOX, AND TAKE THINGS FROM ANOTHER ROOM, AND PUT THEM IN THE SAME BOX. WE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE ANYTHING WAS.

OVERALL, WE WERE PRETTY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, THEY GOT DONE EARLIER THAN THEY ESTIMATED AND EVERYTHING WAS STILL INTACT WHEN THEY WERE DONE. IT WAS EVERYTHING WE WANTED.
