It was good quality. He was professional, gave good advice, put me to a good product, he did good work, he was responsive, showed up and came on a Sunday.

I used them several times. He's not the cheapest, but he does quality work. He did a good job. He gave me a quality unit. Everything work, he tested it and followed up. I like everything about them except the price.

Air Well was on time, came for a same day appointment and was extremely efficient and did the moral thing by helping us save money.

In November 2007 Abraham came out to give an estimate on repair to my AC/heating rooftop unit.  He told me the heating element (and possibly other parts) were shot and he wanted to install a brand new unit for $6000.  I thanked him for his time (I forget if I had to pay an estimate fee or not) and called another company for a second estimate.  It turns out there was no heating element problem, only an issue with the igniter, which cost a few hundred to fix.  My unit worked without issue for another nearly five years until the igniter needed replacement again.  The unit is still going strong!  I definitely do not recommend Abraham or Air Well.

Everything about them was fabulous. The guy that owns the company was named Abraham came to the job equipped with everything he needed. Other companies I have dealt with were not the same. He has cheap prices to come out and look at the potential job. Also he is very knowledgeable and has fair prices.

He is the best. He had all parts needed and knew exactly what to do. His prices are extremely competitive and is honest to the extreme. He is a true professional and he shows up on schedule. The other company I called first had a high priced service call and could not even fix the problem.
