+ -1 moreHe fixed the leak from the master bathroom toilet first; put in new faucets for the vanity area plus all new connectors. He installed a new hot water heater and fixed the problem with the gas line, intake and corrected the shoddy work done by the plumber sent out by my HOA. He was very professional; worked constantly with no wasted time and cleared all expenses with me before he did any work not covered in the estimate. He was willing to do extra work I requested of him. There were constant problems b/c the age of the plumbing he had to deal with and the way my unit is constructed. He was able to overcome these and complete the work. He cleaned up after himself and left me 100% satisfied
Description of Work: I had a leak in my bathroom that was damaging the unit below me. Fraser fixed that leak then checked the master bath vanity area and found several problems that needed immediate attention. He also checked the hot water heater than had sprung a major leak 3 weeks ago and caused considerable damage below me. He took the time to examine everything I asked him to check and found several problems the other plumber had missed. These were obvious leaks and should have been taken care of by the plumber the HOA sent out. He was very patient with the old plumbing and did an exemplary job replacing worn connectors, installing a new hot water heater, and repairing the leaks. It took most of 2 days but he devoted his whole time to my problem rather than running off to other jobs or making excuses for why he could not do something, This was the MOST professional contact I have had with a plumber in the 11 years I've owned this condo and I plan on calling him first for any plumbing need. My building was put up in 1979 so none of this was easy.
