arrived on time. Did the job perfectly and in a timely manner. Checked other areas with which we wre concerned and made valuable suggestion for future attention. Would definitely use this service for futures and/or modifications.
He also gave us an estimate on some future work we want done (kitchen remodel). I absolutely expect to hire Oscar again. He is good at what he does, very knowledgeable and honest.
I sent him over to our rental property and he was thorough, reasonable in his pricing, and communicated very clearly everything that he saw at the property. This is especially comforting to a landlord like myself who would not have the opportunity to see the issues themselves. Our tenants were very happy with him and I always want happy tenants.
The second project was a plumbing emergency at our primary property. We called Oscar early on a Saturday morning as we had an issue with our sump pump not working, which was resulting in sewer gas fumes coming back through the plumbing. As I have two young children, I was concerned that there was a sewage leak or spill under the house. Oscar rearranged his schedule and was able to be at our house within a few hours. Again, he was very knowledgeable, credible, trustworthy and was able to deliver.
I would not hesitate to recommend Oscar for any plumbing issue.
