piano tuning
 + -1 moreMy piano needed to be tuned for a special event. To bring it to concert level perfection, it would have cost far more than he charged me. When I explained no one plays the piano regularly and tuning was just for a special event; he did what he described as the next best thing that wouldn't cost me extra.

Description of Work: Neema is knowledgeable and friendly and great with kids. Our piano is a challenge and he did all he could to make it sound great while explaining his steps and entertaining my curious young children. I have used him twice and will continue to do so.

piano tuning
 + -1 moreWonderfully. A previous piano tuner had totally botched his search for a faint buzz that happened off and on when the piano was played and had tried to talk us into buying another piano. Neema found the problem in 5 minutes, fixed it, then corrected the previous technician's imprecise tuning (it was slightly sharp). The piano sounds as good as new and we now know where to go for good service to keep it in top shape.
