It went great. It was not that expensive of a job. They showed up when they said they would and they are dependable. I use them all of the time.

Dave Kear worked throughout a six month period with the owner to promptly meet all scheduled tasks. Went out of his way to meet homeowners needs and schedule. Dave was always prompt and completed all tasks within required time frames as well as unexpected requirements as required by other subcontractors. David was extremely accomodating and takes enormous pride in his work. He explained everything that needed to be done and encouraged the home owner to participate in the project whenever possible. All work was cleaned up at the end of the day, minimizing any disruption and allowing the owner to use the kitchen and dining area as much as was feasible. David was always very pleasant and attentive. He notifies you as soon as possible of any issues and consults with you to suggest viable alternatives for meeting your goals in the project. Upon completion I was fully comfortable that all work had been done to the highest standards and that everything he had completed with add to the quality of the construction, providing a much safer structure.
Dave is willing to take on all magnitude of jobs and provides extremely reasonable pricing. I am sure that the project would have cost significant more, if it had been done by another contractor and I am positive that the quality of the work would not have matched the work done by Kear Construction. I am more than happy to review Kear Constructions work with any potential clients and would be happy to discuss the quality of their work as done on my home.

The floor not only looks great, it was right on budget. And I really appreciated how he planned the floor installation so I could still get into the kitchen during construction. The project was not only done on time, but he showed up when he said he would - and that's a rare trait. I highly recommend Kear Construction.
