Description of Work: Prepared a pre-buy inspection of my house. Now as the repairs and innovations are coming to a conclusion on that property, I would say Garrett spotted at least 90% of all major damaged on the property and the rest were only discovered when hedges were removed and walls demolished. His thorough report made it clear exactly what I was getting into before I took the plunge.

They are also a plumbing contracting company and they are available to give estimates on what they find.
The licensing requirements for some indoor air quality items, such as asbestos and lead has changed recently and we are referring those inspections to Fresh Air Envirnmental or Anderson Environmental.
