As of April 14, 2020, I have not gotten a response to the damage done to my 1988 Porsche 944 prior to me picking up on March 13, 2020. It appears that Hans German Auto have total disregard for the customer and poor work ethics. I believe 30 days was more than sufficient time to come to an amiable agreement. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this shop for repairs based on: 1. Poor and/or improper diagnostics 2. Excessive Parts and Labor charges 3. Poor communication 4. Poor documentation of work 5. Disregard for damage to customers cars I find this unfortunate as this was to be my go to shop for repairs to my Porsche. I intend to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Update 7/22/20. Issue not resolved.

This company is very efficient. They normally take your car in the morning and give it back to you in the early evening. They have always been a reliable company and I don't think I will stop using them. They get high recommendations.
