THE OUTCOME WAS GOOD, BUT IT TOOK TWICE AS LONG AS ESTIMATED. THERE WERE UNEXPECTED LEAKS CAUSED BY THE REMODELERS. THE JOB REQUIRED SUPERVISION AND A LOT OF NEGOTIATIONS TO COMPLETE.
