Excellent. The technician helped us choose the best location based on where we wanted the fan to blow. He laid down plastic wrapping over everything, went in the attic, cut out the necessary drywall and mounted the fan. He got the remote synced and helped us get the app installed on our phone. The price was very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and stop looking around. Pick these guys.

Excellent experience. Leland (owner) was very accommodating with me in the set-up of new service inside (new office cubicals), and outside (automotive shop). I also wanted to add a ceiling box inside in our museum area to hang a vintage sputnik chandelier. Unfortunately, the light fixture needed rewiring. No problem! Leland knew a good lighting shop in Studio City (Illumination). He personally delivered the lamp to the shop, worked with that owner, obtained a quote for me-which I approved, and followed up with that shop owner to be certain the fixture would be ready for installation day. It was. On installation day, two workers arrived EXACTLY on time. They were focused, professional, no-maintenance with their installation instructions. They were very clean-working, and made sure everything was left as clean (or better) than they found it. Yes, it was a long day, but the end results were much better than I expected. This kind of SERVICE is almost a thing of the past as time goes. Leland and his crew WILL be used again, both here at work, and at home. THANK YOU, LELAND!

They did a great job. The only caveat is it took a few more visits than expected, partly due to their schedule (and we had delayed our original request) and partly due to a Friday when the boss was out of town .....Leland is very helpful, responsive and personable and I'd definitely used them again as well as recommend their services.

electrician seemed knowledgeable and also did a quick walk-through of our house, answering our questions.

Leland is very friendly and always very helpful. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for my electrical needs. He has helped me in so many different situations. I have a low voltage system and he is very knowledgable on those systems. He is always very prompt and if I need it he will walk me through doing things over the phone. He always knows exactly what the problem is and fixes it right away. I know whatever I need to have done he will do it right and won't take advantage of me. I typically use him for smaller projects but I plan on using him in the future for a larger project.

There were at least 3 people working here. I can't remember too many details, as it was so long ago. I'm estimating the approximate month they came out to do the work, as well as the cost. It was very fair for the work done, as we'd had several other estimates for the job. The person who gave us the estimate was the same person who came with his crew. He was very decent, the workers worked well (no screwing off). The only problem we had was getting him to return calls and confirm a date to do the job, as well as the fact they kept canceling and putting off the job, until finally it was done. My husband and I got very frustrated with them because of this, but, the job was well done. We've called them since, but, have had call-back issues, as before. Yes, I'd use them again, as their price was very fair and the work was good. We also use many types of contractors/workmen for our apartment buildings and we know that things happen and this is fairly common in the industry; therefore, we understand -- to a point. There actually are other electricians we use with whom there is also a tremendous call-back problem. I guess there are too many jobs, not enough time.

B and K Electric Co Inc was very interactive with us and helped us to design an electric system that will allow us to have light switches in our bedroom. He did very good work and was really nice. He was very pleasant, his prices were right on line, and he was always on time.

This company is like having an expert friend or family member who will tell you exactly what you need, give you the options to solve the problem and not try to sell you all sorts of other services to make more money. I felt secure that they gave me good advice and the work was done fast and at a reasonable price. One time they missed the appointment, but then responded to my call promptly and completed the work in the next day or two. I will surely use them again in the future.

overall good, Leland came to give the estimate, but he was not the one who came to do the work. The 2 guys who came were there within the time they said they would be there, and got right to work. A few things on the list (fan remotes and GFI for pool light) they were not able to do b.c of things beyond their control. It took them about 6 hours for all the work, and even with some tricky situations, they were able to make it all work. They found faulty wiring in one of the fixtures they were replacing and fixed it. They laid out plastic wherever they were going to make a mess, and did a good job cleaning up. Highly Recommended, but maybe a little pricey.

The one and only thing that I just absolutely disagreed about with Band K is the price. Their price was so outrageously expensive. I just could not believe it at all. They was only here for about three hours and I was charged an absolute fortune. Another issue was that the men who did the work did not have a permit so when they was told to go get one, they came back and I had to pay for that as well. It was just ridiculous. Now do not get upset, it is not that they did not do a good job. Everything as far as the work that was done turned out great. It was just the money that had me upset.

We have been using this company for years and we insisted on bringing them back on this larger scale project. We were very happy with the service and there have been no problems at all. If there were any problems I am sure that they would come back very quickly. They are a great company to work with.
