                                                                                                                                                                           The amount of time it?s taken to complete the job (7 months-job still not complete) ·        He took $4500.00 upfront without a contract ·        Charges on credit card for supplies that were not used on job ·        Unprofessional, untimely, faulty workmanship ·        Inability to complete contracted work (paid in full in advance) ·        Walked off jobsite twice ·        Double billed for multiple items ·        Erratic violent behavior and outbursts (temper tantrums) in front of homeowners children, staff, neighbors and friends ·        Customer was always wrong ·        All materials and outside laborers were paid by homeowner separately ·        Left workstations in disarray ·        Left jobsite unsafe and hazardous ·        Brought in unskilled & unqualified workers who did work that had to be ripped out and redone ·        Came to the work under the influence of controlled substances ·        Damaged floors and walls ·        Left open hole under house in hallway ·        Shower walls not plumbed and tile not level, left out soap dishes and refused to fix the tile, the inlet boxes that are uneven and different sizes creating a wavy unlevel pattern, which now has to be ripped out and fixed ·        Tile was put in uneven, unlevel and looks horrible, he admitted he laid it           wrong and knew the inlet boxes were sized wrong, still refused to fix any of it, he actually wanted more money ·        Walls are wavy and uneven ·        Due to the fact that he brought in a  worker after the contract was signed on the 20th and 25th of March 2012, he could not afford to pay his worker and I had to give him $200.00 check# 3428 dated 3/29/2012 payable to  David Mahler to expedite the job in hopes of it being completed in a more timely fashion ·        Charged for bathroom design and specs which were never produced and caused serious delays and do overs ·        Defaced my character and slandered my name to my business partner and others ·        Came to jobsite unprepared on a daily basis ·        After being overpaid in advance, he kept putting me off to do other jobs, delaying my job for months ·        Repeatedly arrived late, left early or didn?t show up at all ·        Broke several potted plants ·        Caused me such severe stress and mental anguish, that I had to seek the services of a therapist who can attest that all of the foregoing is true and correct
