One of a Kind Restoration

Home owner beware - these guys are not ready to be in the restoration business. Not enough skilled workers on their team yet. They are careless and did a bait and switch with their paint foreman; I showed up after recovering from Covid and they had an undocumented worker there instead of the paint foreman and ended up firing the paint department. They are not fans of masking or protecting your property or belongings they got the old flooring mastic all over my windows and closet sliders and I'm still finding it on the floor. They threw 1/3 of my stuff outside on the dirty patio and called that a "pack out." Then for the "pack-in" they dumped everything in the wrong place and didn't even have the boxes labeled or photos of where things went. Three times I requested my wardrobe be packed in wardrobe boxes and while I was sick with covid they got drywall dust in the entire contents of my closets. They still have my clothing since they want me to pay for that "pack-out." They promise you the world and just want your money. Shady at best is my experience with them, very sad because I gave my project manager Lior chance after chance to make things right. I still want my clothes back, but Omri only seems to respond to people who give him compliments.

This company is really one of a kind! Loved the professionalism and transparency brought with the services! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of water restoration services. All done within a timely manner as well which was a plus!
