 + -1 moreMany great things about this job. 1. Ken responded quickly by email with an estimate, which was very convenient. I could compare estimates by email between ChemDry companies. I already knew I liked the ChemDry method. 2. Ken arrived on time and completed job very quickly but expertly by himself. Although the condo was empty, Ken said furniture is never a problem. 3. All stains were removed including a stubborn rust stain. 4. I love the ChemDry process: no smell, no residue, very clean and dry in just a few hours. 5. Ken gave me a tip to remove furniture depressions in carpet where heavy furniture had stood and it worked (steam iron and credit card...)!
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for empty condo (in preparation for sale). 500 sq ft of carpet and 13 carpeted stairs.
