Mark Fabian Construction

The thing I like about working with Mark Fabian is that he is very honest and reliable- he shows up on time- every day, does quality work, can adapt to changes that come up during any remodel job (we've done quite a few over the years). I like the fact that we don't have a parade of strangers/workmen coming through the house every day during construction projects. Even when the granite was being installed, Mark was on site to supervise and be sure everything was being done correctly.
Mark has great design ideas and suggestions to make things function better, look better, add value to the project. He knows the building code and never cuts corners or accepts "good enough" for anything, no matter how small a detail. He kept the work site as clean as possible during the project and was respectful of the fact that we had to live in the house during the job.  He kept the kitchen area sealed off with plastic most of the time to contain the dust and debris- which worked pretty well.
In the past Mark Fabian has also done other jobs for us including 2 awesome patio covers which I wish we could have taken with us when we moved to this house, a large deck, 3 bath remodels, new slate and wood flooring, painting and maintenance/repairs on rental properties- he is very versatile and can pretty much do any job- or has a subcontractor to assist on rare occasions.
