It went well. They told me exactly what I needed fixed. They also came back and inspected the finished work. The secretary was very professional and helpful several times.

I was very impressed with the service and personnel. On Day 1 2 guys showed up as scheduled to dig up the yard and uncover the lids. They removed the sod so that it could be put back in place after the service is complete. The guys were clean, professional and both had a good sense of humor. Very pleasant. Day 2 the truck showed up on time. Josh (who just happened to be young and handsome as were the guys on day 1) was very clean and professional. He did the job and went on his way. I hadn't had my septic pumped in 16 years and expected the worse. They were honest and there were no hidden costs. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The handle was broken off one of the lids and he said I could have it replaced for $130. I asked if it was necessary and he said no so I didn't do it. Very impressed with the personnel and the service. I will recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Leach line search. Only found 2 with no documentation included. Had to pay more to get the map. Service workers with first search were good but office and correspondence by phone was horrible.

THE PERSON WHO PUMPED OUR TANK DID IT QUICKLY AND EASILY, WHILE ANSWERING MY MANY QUESTIONS. HE ALSO HELPED FINISH THE DIGGING TO UNCOVER THE TANK COVERS, WHICH I GREATLY APPRECIATED. THE INSTALLATION OF THE RISERS, BY TWO OTHER EMPLOYEES, WAS DONE TO OUR EXACT SPECIFICATIONS.
