We used them from the first week of June through the first week of September. Overall we were very satisfied. They were reasonable. For the most part they were very prompt in getting everything done and the sub contractors were pretty much all very good. We had to wait for things that were ordered. They would be the first one we would go to again.

They completed all of the work in around two months. We are pleased with the work they completed.

They were great to work with and Dave, the owner, was fantastic. There were only a few minor issues with a door being squared up and such in the bathroom. The issues were with work done by junior members of their team and when brought to the attention of Dave they were immediately taken care of. The issue could have been bad if not caught early though so its always good to pay attention to what's going on but that is true on any job with any contractor or vendor. The shed came out fantastic. Its nice to have a big shed on a real concrete foundation and so on. Much better than the pre-fab junk you get at a home improvement store.
I would recommend Grayhound for sure.

My husband and I met with the two Daves (the owner/contractor and the marketing man, both named Dave). The contractor walked the job and asked a lot of questions, discussed things with my husband while the marketing guy tried to smooze me with lots of before and after photos. While I understand the tactic, I would have much rather liked to walk the job. After checking multiple bids, Greyhound came in with a decent bid with a professional air that many of the others didn't have. This gave me a little more confidence in them.
We were assigned Ryan McDaniel as our project manager. I cannot praise this man enough! He was in constant contact with me and answered all my questions and requests (and there were a lot, trust me!) Any issues I had with the quality of an install, Ryan took care of it. He always made me feel like it was alright to ask questions or air a concern. One of the most stressful things a homeowner can undertake and Ryan made it a smooth affair.
Ryan had to step out for a week and Dan was assigned as is backup. I have good things to say about him, as well. Right when I was at the end of my patience after two months of living amongst the mess and boxes, Dan made sure that I had a functional kitchen even when I said it was OK to wait a little. Kudos because that gave me a reset to my patience!
Overall, their subcontractors were a good bunch. I can only say positive things about their tile guys. A professional, detail oriented, friendly group. The plumber was A+, too. All their subs were easy to talk to, to ask questions, to make requests for changes.
