Robert is professional, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. My water heater had a bad thermostat and Robert was able to fix it expertly. I later had a stuck pressure relief valve and was leaking water everywhere, and he came out very late in the evening to repair it. All along, he was friendly and took the time to explain every step of the repairs.

Robert, as always was very knowledgable, consistent and very courtesy. His professionalism has earned my business as a repeat customer. Having done work for me in the past, I trusted Water Heaters Express with the upgrade if my water heater to a more efficient Tankless model. Robert and his business were awesome!

After the earthquake in August, my water heater was having some issues. I called Robert at Water Heaters Express who had installed my water heater a few years prior. He came immediately and fixed the issue, which was thankfully just a flex line. He also checked all my plumbing and gas lines to be certain all was safe throughout my home after the quake. I appreciate this type of personal customer service.

Can't praise him enough. When you need any service and you are clueless, it is really important you get a sense the person is not going to rip you off. That is the feeling I got from the return phone call. Once I met him I was sold.
An aside, I was leaving the country the day of the service, however, my family was remaining. So it was very important that they had hot water while I was away. I called Sears first and their first available appointment was about 7 days out. I then went to Angie's List and the rest is history.
If I ever need anything in this area of service, i will not hesitate to call this company. Overall, a positive experience!

Upon returning home from a vacation, I discovered my water heater had ruptured and it was leaking all over my garage. I called Water Heaters Express and although it was late on a Sunday, they were able to fit me in almost immediately.The service technician, was very friendly and on time, he explained everything to me.The work was finished quickly and thoroughly and the tech also fixed a drip in my bathroom faucet at no additional cost.This company goes above and beyond. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
