The owner is the only guy who performs the work and he does a good job. There are no other people at his shop and he takes his time in order to do a good job.

He said that he has to take basically the front of the engine off to do the repair that I needed; so while he was doing that, he offered to do the maintenance that I needed for the belts for no extra charge since my car was basically already open. He saved us about $600. He also corrected some that somebody else had been doing who was not familiar with German cars. He said that they were using the wrong parts and they were basically filling in the gaps with silicone. He was very friendly, professional and quick. He stayed open late for me to come and get my car since I was out of town.
