First let me say I had a Great experience. Thorough communication throughout the process. 5.0 star rating I highly recommend Tek R Us electronic services. I took my Mac Pro to Tek R Us for an upgrade and the technician's were extremely knowledgeable and helpful from my first call to them. They took the time to explain my options and how each change would affect my computer. John at Tek R Us electronic services went above and beyond when servicing my Mac Pro. My Mac now runs better than ever. It's like it's brand-new again. Finally found IT guy that I completely trust with all of my electronical needs. Friendly advice from me to you,These guys are completely professional and know exactly what they're doing and will NOT waste your time. I recommend them for any of your tech. needs, Five stars all the way!!!!

The Technician was very professional. He was on time and polite. He explained his procedures before performing the work. He came prepared and equipped with all necessary tools. He made sure that the all TV features were working and he cleaned up before he left. It was a pleasure to have his service. I highly recommend this company.

John arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and was pleasant. Once I explained my need to him, he knew exactly what to do. I am so happy with his services and will be referring him to all of my friends and family. John was courteous and provided me with excellent customer service. Definitely will use Teks R Us for all future television repair/needs

I was a bit unsure about using Tek R Us initially, but I'm so glad I decided to choose them to repair my TV. They were extremely polite and even turned up slightly earlier than expected just to make sure they were there on time. The price was great and I'm definitely going to use them in the future if necessary.

The visit went very well, I felt very comfortable with the provider in my home and he was very professional and very courteous and he knows his job very well. I would definitely recommend him to others and I would definitely call him back if I have anymore problems with any electronics that I have. I give the provider and his company two thumbs up!

We called for service he picked up phone and set an appointment for 11:00 am which he showed up on time i told him what the tv was doing and he proceeded to go to work. The appointment took about 2hrs and my tv is working fine again thanks to TEK R US.
