Gabe and helper showed up spot on time, cheerful, ready to work. And, boy, did they! The stuff was heavy and awkward, but they had no trouble. Of course, between the bid and the service I had found several other items, but they took it all for NO extra charge. They even found old rotten wood, etc., behind trees and took it. Work included some small demolition of concrete stumps from pillars which are no longer there. Perfect work

From there James took over and completely redid my mother's house. We redid the bathrooms, kitchen and painted and carpeted as well as repaired what was needed. He gave me a price and the price was very accurate and fair. As he says he is not the cheapest but he gives a very accurate bid with no surprises and superior workmanship. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, so I really appreciate it when someone always answers their phone, follows through on what they say and doesn't play games with prices. What probably should have taken months took only weeks to clean out and redo. James took on any task I asked including coordinating new landscaping. I plan to use him whenever I need a contractor. In fact I was so pleased I am now having him work on my own house. He has a lot of good ideas. I hope this doesn't get him too much work because I want him available when I need him.
