HE CAME OUT TO LOOK AT LEAKS IN CEILING IN BATHROOM AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS. HE SEALED VENTS AND RE-ATTACHED DRAINS ALONG ROOF. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO COORDINATE TIMES TO HAVE HIM COME OUT TO DO JOB. I HAD TO CALL HIM OUT AGAIN, BECAUSE THE ROOF WAS STILL LEAKING AFTERWARDS.
