They did a lousy and sloppy job.  They did terrible grout work and it started falling out the next day.  It took us two to three months to get any response from them and all they did was fill the grout areas with caulking.  It was put in sloppy and unevenly.  We were dissatisfied with them.  I think this has been the most I was dissatisfied in my life with anybody's work.  They did a terrible job and the response too was terrible.  It took them two months to come back and respond to our calls and complaints.  I guess the owner or whoever came out felt it was an okay job.  We had a comparison to go with and we thought they were reasonable as far as price but it all changes when they do lousy work.  I would not use them in the future and I would recommend against them.

The price was excellent. They were mega quick. They got in, got out. They were pleasant and did an excellent job. They easy to work with, and helpful. He was honest as well, and made it under their estimate.
