PRICE IS RIGHT ROOFING & CONST

My mom lives on Mesa Verde in Vallejo. Called Price Is Right, they came an looked $75, same day trapped (blue) $750. Price Is Right said to call if had any problems that Price Is Right backed their work.2/26/14 still leaking Price Is Right came back out but didn't let her know they were there just got on the roof which startled her. Price Is Right said trapped looked good no holes didn't do anything to fix the continuous leaking problem and left. 3/1/14 my brother and i visit and check it out. the tarp is not even over the crown of the garage and there were holes in it. The tarp was placed over the main house and a valley that connected to the garage. My brother and I place a heavy duty tarp (brown and grey) over the garage crown down to the valley. Afterwards we went to garage to see if we could find the leak, it was plain as day and Price Is Right tarp barley covered it. We called Price Is Right back to confront them about their work and request a refund. My brother expressed his frustration with the quality of work and how Price Is Right went about the resolution of my mothers problem. My brother was hot headed and used aggressive language and tone. As a result the person on the phone was defensive and equally aggressive with language and tone and hung up on my brother. My brother tried calling back but Price Is Right would pick up and the hang up. Admittedly we went at it in the wrong way but as a business Price Is Right should of handled it differently.
