Mr. Nguyen replaced four gates and some fencing for us. He was very courteous and professional. His attention to detail was excellent. The project went a little longer than planned, but considering that he worked through constant rain I think that was expected. My neighbors said they were impressed watching him work! Highly recommended and I would hire him again.

Didn't fix my problem

The contractor does not know how to do a retaining and he put it too close to the roots of my tree.

Mr. Nguyen came to fix my broken sprinkler in timely fashion. Good job.

He did show up as promised, but didn't really perform the entire work he promised. Changes were made without consulting me in advance, especially when he realized he couldn't build the steps on the side of the house. Also since he had given me a all-inclusive bid for materials and labor, he was trying to cut corners on the material by buying cheaper materials. If you do decide to hire him; please pay attention to the materials he uses, otherwise you will have to redo few things again. Overall the work he did was good, but communication was an issue!

I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Nguyen a week from Sunday. He called right away and after we spoke said he had an open slot and would I like to see him now instead of a week later. He gave me time for 10:00 am and arrived on the dot. Mr Nguyen is a very pleasant person with great customer service skills and a big smile. I hired him right away and will use his services again due to his promptness and his ability to do the work right. Thank you Mr . Nguyen and to Home Advisor for the recommendation.

We called Mr. Nguyen this morning at 8:00 am, because our sprinkler system had water pouring out continuously. He arrived within the hour and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and we would highly recommend him. Thank you Mr. Nguyen and ome Advisor.
