+ -1 moreThe finish has worn off, and they have a life time warranty for manufactures defect. I called 3 weeks after I had sent them in, and they don't even have a record of them arriving. They could not give me any type of status or update.
Description of Work: I purchased Rachel Ray cookware pans from them.
