My back yard was remodeled by JT Land last month (Nov 2020). The work was completed on time and at a good price. The suggestions made for parts of the project I had not thought about were appropriate and reasonably priced. They worked hard and showed up every day until the job was done- no delays. JT Land will be getting work from my neighbors, and I will use them again on my next project. I am very happy with their work.

Tran installed pressure treated fence with Ryan. 50 feet, 8 post holes and all completed less than 1 day. Cleaned up after. Good work. If you want a fence, I recommend.

Jason and his helper did a great job. Tore out the old fence, hauled it away and built y happythe new one in the same day, I am very happy with my new fence. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quality fence.

JT’s work was exceptional, on time and very professional. We increased the scope of our paver patio project once we saw the craftsmanship of his work. We would hire JT again for future projects.

Jason contacted me right away, met with me the same day and said he could do it the next day and did. Went right to work and finished it promptly and professionally.

Tran the owner..was very good an down to business..he had a i will show my skills kind of attitude which i liked..wasnt so concentrated on the money but more about the job an the quality of work ..very good fence man..i would highly recommend...

We agreed on $1600 for concrete leveling and installation of a drain. He showed up without the drain, poured some concrete which forced the water to gather under the porch. Then told me he would be back the next day with drain and more concrete for under the porch but would cost me additional. He also did not mention he only takes cash or check. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. Just hope I do not get puddles all over the place come winter.

Mr Tran Did a great job with repairing my pavers in my backyard. They showed up on time and after they were done working for the day they cleaned up their mess. I will definitely call JT Landscaping again

Jason arrived on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate for concrete work and gave us a very competitive but affordable price. After he left we actually called him and asked him to come to estimate some addition work. Monday he brought over the material and tools. He and his crew started on Tuesday and finished Wednesday. He perfectly matched our washed aggregate patio. He did an exceptional job and the finished product looks Great! I would highly recommend him! he know his concrete

Great work, very professional, and was on time. We were so impressed with his work we asked for another estimate for work on another property. Doing 2 jobs starting Friday. Highly recommend this professional.

Jason was amazing. He and his team were on time, built a fence as requested and made suggestions for the aesthetic and positioning (things I would not have known or asked) that made the fence look much better. He is knowledgable and skilled and was both extremely polite and really helpful in the process. I will use JT Landscaping in the future for many projects.

Charged $2000.00. Had him come back and finish the work. He worked for 3 hours the first day and we had to call him back. Left a mess, didn’t clean up.
