The owner is punctual and personable. He goes beyond what is requested of him. For example, when he was replacing the garbage disposer he also unclogged the bathtub drain and explained how to care for the drains at no extra charge. He is engaged in his work, explains in good detail required repairs; i.e., the why's and how's. He gave choices of models of disposals with different price ranges and quality, and his rates are very good.
