I did not like them. The problem was with the person that came and not the company. He did everything to make the thing right but it was a very frustrating interaction. The service technician had to come two more times and had to change the lock and forgot to leave the key. When he came to leave the key, he kept the key inside the shed and locked the shed from outside so I could not get to it. He had to come back again. He had to break into the shed to get the key and had to put a new lock on the outside again. The job got delayed by a week or more for me to use the lock. There were multiple mistakes done by him. Ultimately the problem did get solved. Price at that time seemed to be fine in the beginning, but it increased as the phone calls and the repetition job increased. His responsiveness was good.
