DIMENSIONS UNLIMITED

This firm, Dimensions Unlimited, and the ownership company, JBE Inc., was contracted to provide the construction and delivery for 2 custom built bathroom vanity cabinets, 3 custom closet type cabinets, and 3 custom book cases. On the day of contract at the job site, the owner of the firm was paid a 50% deposit of the total cabinet fee, the balance to be paid on delivery plus the cost of finishing as a separate invoice. The owner of the company was the representative throughout the process. When asked by our general contractor how long the lead time would be for delivery, the owner said "four to five weeks." This was the same as my husband was told during a meeting at the owner's company office. The favorable lead time was one of the compelling reasons for hiring this firm. As of the date of this writing, the cabinets have yet to be delivered, nor has there been any response by anyone from Dimensions Unlimited, notably the owner, to numerous queries by email and telephone regarding the status of the order and delivery. The cabinets are now over six weeks late from the original promise. Therefore, suffice to say, this firm, Dimensions Unlimited/ JBE, Inc. has failed to perform.
