A Good Handyman - Unlicensed Contractor

I had a rain leak which I have experienced in the past due to worn out chalking. Toss came out to check the leaking area and agreed and he rechalked the troubled area. He charged a reasonable fee. I just have to wait for the next rain to see if that cured the issue. I am in the process of getting other work done with him.

Todd is amazing. He replaced the wood siding and sanded it so you can’t even tell it was ever rotted. We had squirrels damaging the wood near the roof and you can’t tell it was ever damaged. He painted and it is like magic because you can’t tell where we had repairs so we don’t have to repaint. Our neighbors were impressed how nice the front of the house looks. He does an outstanding job and is a pleasure to work with. My husband and I highly recommend Todd.

Todd was amazing! He answered all questions and took the time to engage in pre consultations to discuss the nature of the project and his experience/background. He was extremely flexible and adaptable to my changing availability. He arrived and completed all of my projects in a cost and time efficient manner. After completing one project and receiving payment, he determined that he had a more efficient device to apply to my structure. He returned free of charge and modified the structure. Last, he has followed up with me to gage my continued satisfaction with all projects. I would rehire him and have already forwarded his review to my network community.

Todd installed a locking mailbox on our existing brick mailbox. His quality of work is excellent and he will not finish a job until you are satisfied with the work that is done. He communicates well and always shows up on time. I have hired Todd for multiple projects around the house and will continue to do so into the future.

Todd was great. I had several small plumbing fix-its. Todd was professional, friendly. He even went to the local hardware store to get some missing pieces. I would definitely recommend Todd to anybody in need of a good handyman and would use him again.
