STAN WAS VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. HE EVALUATED THE PROBLEM AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR TELEVISION SET. HE TOOK THE PARTS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. HOWEVER IT DID TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
