I had to pay him for his service call. I called on a Friday and he was busy so he couldn’t come out until Tuesday. He showed up on time, he was realistic about when he could come, he was professional, and I didn’t mind having him in my house. I think that he gave me good advice and he didn’t try to sell me on stuff that I didn’t need. He was realistic about the state of my machine.

My usual repair guy had surgery and was unable to work. I checked out companies on Angie's List and found Gary. I sent an email, he called back within the hour. He was very fast and fair with the parts and service. Not to mention a really nice guy. Will definitely use him again.

He was prompt, courteous, and his price was fair. He also looked at the microwave while he was there - he ordered a replaced the control panel ($300). I would recommend him.

Our 9-year-old gas clothes dryer was making an ear-splitting, high pitched noise. We called Gary at Superior and left a message. He returned the call within 20 minutes and the first available appointment was the next day. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was on the way, and showed up promptly. He listened to the dryer, took it apart and found that the 2 rollers inside were causing the problem. He told me the cost for the repairs, and went to his truck to get the replacement parts. He worked quickly and even cleaned out all of the excess lint behind the trap. He was very friendly, prompt and I would use him again! Highly recommend!
