painted the new board and installed it under the lifted roofing. Job looks perfect. Very please w/ their service.
They are installing a new roof and solar panels on our neighbors roof and I have noticed that they are paying attention to every detail.
Original reinforcing work was not correct. After we called, the president personally inspected work, insisted on starting over and adhering to a standard well above what was required. Current work is excellent, panels are attractive and installed very well. We've just received our first full Edison bill with the new system (December) and we owed $4.51 to Edison! We couldn't be happier.
p.s. Green Convergence has beefed up their initial assessment process so that mistakes should not be made in the future.
