Spring Design & Build is unique construction company in that we can provide design services prior to building to help you visualize your finished home. Our background in architecture means that we put an emphasis on quality in all our work. We have four employees and are skilled in most of the building trades. For some projects we do partner with other companies or tradespeople with whom we have worked before and we know do excellent work. We can provide free estimates and do not have any trip charges or initial service fees. If your project would benefit from design work, we work on a sliding scale depending on the scope of your project. Our goal is to work with you as a collaborative team. As a special for Angie's List members, we are extending a ten percent discount for a limited time.
