Mortgage Companies
They make the transaction incredibly difficult and time consuming. They require an absurd amount of documentation and changes to my home in order to make the mortgage, they assigned the mortgage to a company called Linderlive Network who is basically a bill collector and not so much of a mortgage company at all. Avoid Linderlive if you possibly can.
