Bryan was the one to show me samples and measure. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Anita took care of the business and Robert installed my shutters and blinds. I mention each of them because every step of the way I had outstanding service. I will use them again when I need window coverings.

A representative from Shutter world came out with samples and carefully reviewed options for replacing the old draperies in our new home with vertical blinds and one shade. After we'd selected the colors and styles from a plethora of options (he's brought along multiple sample books) he carefully measured everything, gave us an estimate, and we gave him a down payment. A couple of weeks later they called and scheduled an install time. The installer (a different gentleman) came out on time, got busy putting in the new window treatments, and was done right on time. Everything was installed perfectly, including a very difficult 'corner' window set of blinds. We are thrilled with the new items and would happily recommend Shutter World to anyone looking for quality window treatments, installed very professionally by experts at a reasonable price.

Everything went well, but my advise is to check out the sample extremely well, ask a lot of questions regarding the finishing quality, especially the groove.my biggest mistake is paying the balance when i was not satisfied with some of the product quality and was expecting a follow up.

Wonderful!! The plantation shutters are beautiful. And... Made in USA. They add so much class and character to my home. The craftsmanship is fantastic. I met Bryan at his showroom. He showed me is products and pictures of his work. He explained how the shutters were manufactured. He then came to the house, arrived on time, made suggestions as to what would be the best look/product/color for my home, took measurements of the windows, and provided an estimate. Six weeks later, again on time, Anita called to say that the shutters were ready for installation. I booked an appointment. Robert arrived on time and west right to work on the installation. Later during the installation, Bryan arrived help with some of the tricky windows and reviewed Robert's work. They were great. After the shutters were hung, Robert vacuumed and repositioned the furniture.

When measurement was made, samples of the product were brought for viewing. Suggestions were made as to size and style that would look best on my windows. A date for installation was set and I was notified about 1 week before they did the installation.

The installer was exceptional. My window sill was not quite square and adjustments were made so that the shutters look perfect. I really love the look of both rooms with the new shutters.

Everything was left very clean.

The only reason I gave a B on quality is that when looking closely at some of the shutters I see a spot or two where the paint looked like it dripped on the surface. My daughter says I'm a perfectionist and thinks they are just fine. She's probably right!
