All the work that Randy promised was done with the highest of crafsmanship, and professionalism.  I told Randy what I wanted done and that is exactly the way they did it.  And when I asked for his opinion, he told me from his experience what would look best.  His staff is puncual and left everyday making sure everything was clean.  I would definitely hire Randy Winters Construction

My Real Estate agent recommended this contractor based on a substantial kitchen remodel that her friend had done. I then checked Randy's company out: his website, Better Business Bureau, Angie's List, and Yelp. After talking with Randy on the phone, meeting with him at our home and in his office, I moved forward with the project.
The entire project from planning to completion was managed on time and on budget!! We had a fixed move in date and we moved in right on schedule, thanks to the expert planning, coordinating, and execution by Randy Winter. All of his staff and subcontractors were punctual, productive, and professional. Randy's project management and communication skills are the best. Our beautiful home reflects the values and standards of his company.
OK, so what about price? The prices were very fair relative to quality. And there was nothing but the highest of quality work. In this complex project there were many large, medium, and small opportunities for that extra touch of quality, the Randy way - all the way. Though we both preferred to keep changes to the minimum, there were some. Again, these were managed well with change orders so we knew the cost and impact on the project up front. After the move in, there was a list of small follow-up items. Within three days of submitting our list, Randy came to our house with a small crew and resolved every item on the list within two hours!

My wife and I needed to rebuild the shower in our master bath.  The grout around the bench was cracked after many years of use, and the plastic pan on the floor was attached to it by what looked like white grout, but was really just silicone sealant.  While cleaning this with a brush one day, it literally pulled out of the slot all covered in what looked like black mold.  Scary, since this shower is on the other side of the wall from our 3-year-old daughter's room.  I had visions of the entire bench and parts of the wall crawling with the black stuff.  We didn't even use that shower for a long time.
When we finally committed to getting it back in working order, we did a lot of research and eventually got bids from three different folks.  One guy wanted an obscene amount of money; his work justified it, but it was out of our price range.  Another guy thought he was too good for us and never even called us back.  Grr...
Randy came out and looked at what we were facing, sat and listened patiently to our concerns, and told us exactly how he was going to fix it, down to the last detail.  His price was slightly higher than we hoped to pay, but more than fair, considering the work involved.  We decided to go with him and his guys and we are so happy we did.
Everyone showed up ON TIME, everyone was COURTEOUS, everyone was PROFESSIONAL.  They knew their jobs and they got them done, ON TIME.  The job came in ON TIME, and ON BUDGET.  No kidding...
The shower is ten times better than it EVER was.  We went with tile that would match the rest of the bathroom, since there was no need to redo the entire thing.  I was just hoping it would work and wouldn't leak, but as it stands, I can't wait to get in the darn thing every morning.  It's a far cry from the old one, which was shades of the Addam's Family, with shaky pipes and all.
The attention to detail observed by everyone, from the carpenters to the tiler to the plumber to the guys who came to install the new door, was exemplary.  They took care of us like we were family.
When anything needs fixing at our place in the future, you already know who we're going to call.  I trust him completely.
Run, don't walk.  You won't be disappointed.  Randy and his crew are the real deal.

Randy and his team of professionals have done several different projects for us, and we've been pleased with all of them. Our first project, a bathroom remodel, went so well that we had them do the other two bathrooms. Every day we're pleased with how well they all turned out, and friends who visit always comment how beautiful and functional they are.

So far Randy has done the three bathrooms, repair/remediate the laundry room and hallway, installed landscape lighting and an attic fan, and the pool system electrical described above.

Randy's crew is on time, works hard, does top-quality work, and leaves the workspace clean at the end of each day. Several times we discovered little "surprises" - small tasks they completed (at no extra charge or time) just because it would make the overall result just that much better. We highly recommend Randal Winter Construction for any build or remodel project, and can't wait to use them again!

We were literally overwhelmed by the final project that we now call home. Overwhelmed not only by the design and quality of workmanship, but also by the value, trust, integrity and speed with which Randal and his crew work.  Randy is  a man of his word.  I felt immediately at ease. Not only was his price very fair, but I was struck by two comments Randy made that proved to he very true;  "I am not the type to ?nickel and dime' you to death'? and ?If` I commit to getting it done on time, I will.??A major remodel is a work in progress. Randy took changes with a smile on his face and never saw them as an opportunity to bill more work. When we reviewed our final change bill, I was extremely pleased to see that it was about half of what it could have been.  I would recommend Randy with conviction to anyone who needs work done on their home.

I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY LET ME KNOW ALL OF THE PITFALLS AND WHAT I WAS TO EXPECT BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED SO THERE WERE NO SURPRISES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, ON TIME AND THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL. ANYTHING THAT WENT WRONG THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND FIXED IT.
