I had purchased a unit from another company (online) and needed installation. The team at PURONICS did an Amazon job. The copper piping looks like art work. They also went beyond in helping smooth over a hiccul in activation related to the equipment design. I wouldn’t hesitate using or recommending PURONICS.

The Puronics Technician, Gregg, did not try to to sell me. He gave me an accurate diagnosis of the problem with my soft water system and replaced the faulty tank. Now we can really feel the difference in the water. Puronics and Gregg did an awesome job.
