This company was assigned by my home warranty and they missed diagnossed a leak. This caused thousands of dollars in harwood floors damage. They're not qualified to diagnose a simple leak. Theyre, dlow and rude, and you can add ignorant.

They were sent out by my Home warranty Service. He took my check, said hed get back to us, and never did. No work was performed, all calls go to voicemail.

He asked for $1200 to pass a jet to clear roots in the pipe. I live 3000 miles away, and the tenants wanted to clear the backup.
I offered him $900 which he accepted. My insurance did not cover this problem. I have since discovered that a provider in Anglie's List is charging $295 for the same job. I asked for the guarantee numerous times, the insurance company called on my behalf asking for the warranty...none arrived. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone else to be taken for such a ride!!

WE CONTACTED OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY FOR REPAIRS AND THIS IS WHO THEY SENT. THE PLUMBER WAS PROMPT AND DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEED TO FIX THE SINK. HE ADVISED US ON HOW TO PREVENT FUTURE PLUGS. VERY HELPFUL.
