+ -1 moreI have a two master bedroom apartment and I pay $1810. The staff is really friendly and the maintenance is incredible. They have a policy where if they don't fix your problem within three days, they start prorating the rent because they feel they have a responsibility to make sure that the apartments are working properly. They don't wait for you to ask, they just come in and change the filters once a month. They are pet friendly and the location is good.
