Natural Flooring

The workers were on-time, very thorough and neat with installation. I would highly recommend them. However, although the engineered flooring was already finished with a gloss coating, I wish they would have recommended that a high gloss finish be added onto the hardwood flooring after they completed the job as it didn't take too long for the floor to start getting scratched up. A thick, high gloss finish would have helped to deter this.

We had a great experience with Frank, his crew and Natural Flooring. We had new laminate wood floors and new tile work around our dual sided fireplace installed in early July. Frank had very reasonable pricing, and the crew was great. We had one problem with some of the tilework, and Frank sent the crew back asap to redo the work. Note that the crew speaks Chinese and very little English, so this can present some communication problems. However, Frank is a quick phone call away, and was always there to remedy any such problems.  We are very pleased we went with Natural Flooring, and the new floors came out fantastic, and really improved the look of our home.

They were good and they had to deal with a big job. They did a great job in making sure all the levels lined up and paid attention to the details. I would recommend them to others. The crew was not cleaning up their work at the end of the day. There are not too tidy.  I dealt with Frank, the owner of the company, a lot and he answered all my questions and concerns well. The finished product is nice and good, quality work.

We contacted natural flooring thru one of our friend reference. Our friends used their services and were extremely satisfied. And our experience was no different. The price was very competitive from all other quotes we got. After we got the quote from natural flooring, we realized what a rip off other contractors were charging for the same services. In some instances, the difference was more than 5K.
We are glad we found natural flooring. We are happy with the service, professionalism and the way they spaced the job. Our house was big one, as promised Frank had it completed in 2 weeks. And the results are amazing and we love our new floor. And also, as promised on Angies list, he sent a referral check to our friends very promptly. I would highly recommend natural flooring

The workers were on time and very professional. They hardly made a peep, all I heard was hard work. It took 2 days for the removal of old floors and installation of the new ones. They told me 3 days for the work, but did it in two!! I've had the floors in for 2 months and they are fantastic! No problems. Highly recommend, Frank and his hard working team get straight A's with me.

They managed to get that whole thing done in two and a half days. They did it really expeditious. I got a couple of quotes and their prices were very reasonable. They did an excellent job. They moved my furniture back and forth in the rooms for me and they didn't charge me extra for that. They did it really quick and it looks really good. I ended up having one little piece on the stairs that came loose about a week later and they came the next day and fixed it. They were very responsive afterwards to coming and guaranteeing their work.
