+ -1 moreLASER OPTIONS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, THEY KEPT OUR COMPUTER FOR A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME AND WHEN WE RECEIVED IT BACK MOST OF ITS PROBLEMS HAD BEEN ADDRESSED.
Description of Work: LASER OPTIONS REVIEWED AND DIAGNOSED OUR COMPUTER. WE WERE HAVING PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET. ALSO THE COMPUTER SPEED WAS VERY SLOW. THEY DELETED SOME PROGRAMS AND GOT OUR INTERNET BACK UP AND RUNNING.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE TECHNICHIAL FROM LASER OPTIONSWAS VERY THROUGH WITH THE SETUP OF OUR SYSTEMS AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS COMPLETELY WITH REPAIRING OUT SERVER HE SXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE DID AND SAVE US OPTIONS IF ANYTHING WERE TO GROWING.
Description of Work: SETUP WORKSTATIONS AT OUR DESKS. REPAIRED OUR SERVER THE CORRUPTED HARDRIVES.
