+ -1 moreGave me a 5 hour time for the to come and they never showed up. Not even a call. I called and was on hold for over an hour, the whole time saying I was next in line for a representative. Then they closed at 5:00. Horrible company... DO NOT use these scam artists. BBB is a D-. Just read all the other reviews online

Description of Work: Awful customer service. Took me almost 3 weeks to get my dishwasher repaired. They cancelled on me, multiple times, and a few times even failed to call me to let me know the technician would not be there. Unprofessional is a generous word to describe this Company.
